Luna Hotel - Chisinau

The room was spacious, but I found insects crawling around.

We had a fairly nice stay for a short visit.

The location was quiet, close to the city center, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was so close to the centre as well as the European embassy.

The room I booked was huge and a nice size with classical furniture, a really big bath and a well stocked minibar. I truly enjoyed outstanding food. The private parking was nearby, very good service.

Friendly and accommodating staff made me feel welcomed.

My room felt outdated, showing signs of wear. Breakfast options were limited and didn't meet my expectations.

The Standard Single Room was spacious and well-furnished, offering really good comfort. I appreciated the good variety at breakfast, with options ranging from scrambled eggs to fresh yogurt and fruits. The location is superb, just a short walk from the city center. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially in arranging airport transfers. The room, while clean, showed signs of aging and could use some updates. My experience was positive, but a few improvements could enhance comfort further.

Certainly, the 'service' here is almost non-existent. Wi-Fi was horrid, I couldn't work! Thanks for the workout. I thought at least a complimentary chocolate would cheer me up after all this, but of course, that was also too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

We enjoyed our stay, with easy access to local attractions like the National Museum of Archeology. The rooms were warm and cozy. The staff was superbly cute, we felt right at home.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly food options.

The room was clean and cozy, with the added bonus of a lovely garden area to relax in. I also enjoyed both a full body massage and the BBQ facilities available, making for a nice treat during my stay. the WiFi could've been a bit faster, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

The hotel was super convenient for exploring the National Opera and Ballet Theater and the Cathedral of the Nativity. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy their stay here.

great stay but some room for improvement

The room I stayed in was spacious and quiet. The hotel's friendly staff made the check-in process fast and easy, accommodating all my needs. I enjoyed the lovely city view from my room which added a nice touch to my mornings while sipping coffee.

The breakfast hours could be extended for early risers.
